Privacy Policy

StampZen has no login. We don't collect a name, password, or profile — only what's needed to render your stamp and, if you pay, deliver your files.

The parameters of your stamp design (text, shape, border, colors, and any image you upload as part of it, such as a logo) are sent to our server to render the preview you see in the editor. If you complete a purchase, that design is stored as the fixed version of your order so we can generate and re-serve your files; unpurchased designs are not retained beyond what's needed to keep the editor working in your browser session.

Any image you upload is used only to render your stamp and, for a paid order, to generate your export files. It is not used for any other purpose and is not shared except with the infrastructure providers below.

Payments are processed by Stripe. StampZen never sees or stores your full card number — Stripe collects that directly. We receive confirmation of payment, the amount, and the billing email you provide at checkout, which we use to send your download link and receipt.

Purchased export files are stored in a private cloud storage bucket, accessible only through a short-lived signed link generated when you or we open your download page — not a public URL.

We use your billing email to send your download link and receipt, and to reply if you contact support. We don't send marketing email and don't sell or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to operate StampZen:

• Stripe — payment processing
• A cloud storage provider — private storage for your purchased export files
• An email delivery provider — sending your download link and receipt

Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service to us.

To have your order data or an uploaded image deleted, or if you paid for the wrong format or a file won't open, contact support@stampzen.com with your order email or Stripe receipt.
