The service
StampZen is an online editor for designing custom stamps and seals. Designing is free with no account required. Downloading a full-resolution, watermark-free file (PNG, SVG, and/or PDF) requires a one-time payment for that design, selected at checkout.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. StampZen never receives or stores your card number — Stripe handles that directly and shares only a confirmation of payment and the billing email you provide.
Prices are shown before you pay and charged once per export. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Your designs and uploaded content
The text, colors, and other parameters you enter, and any image you upload as part of a design (for example, a logo), are used to render your stamp preview and, if you pay, your exported files. We store your design only long enough to fulfill your order and make your download link work — see our Privacy Policy for how long and where.
You keep ownership of anything you upload, and of the exported files you purchase. Once purchased, an exported file is yours to use on your own products, documents, or client work. It is not a substitute for any legally required official seal (notary, court, government, or similar) where local rules govern that seal's exact wording or registration — see the relevant template category page for category-specific notes.
You're responsible for making sure what you design and upload doesn't infringe someone else's trademark or copyright, and doesn't misrepresent an official government, court, or notarial seal you're not authorized to reproduce.
Refunds
If a purchased file won't open or doesn't match what you paid for, contact support@stampzen.com with your order email or Stripe receipt and we'll resend the correct file or refund the order.
No warranty
StampZen is provided "as is." Template designs are starting points, not legal or professional advice — several categories (notary, medical, justice, government-style seals) note specific jurisdiction-dependent rules directly on their template page; verify those against your own local requirements before relying on an exported design for an official purpose.
Governing law
Governing law and jurisdiction: to be confirmed.
